It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. Cupping may be added at no additional charge.

COMBO Herbal Massage
Combo services can be any combination of massage, reiki or craniosacral. Limited to 90 minute sessions. Massage will be 60 minutes or less. Reiki or Craniosacral will be the remaining minutes of your session. CBD will have a $20 additional charge included in this booking option. May add cupping at no additional charge.

Vacuum Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pre and post surgery, and strengthened resistance to illness. This session is done with glass cups. It is a very gentle & relaxing session.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Renewed Facial
Relax and Unwind with a facial tailored to your needs. Your facial may include Facial cupping for lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha, LED light therapy, High frequency, Facial, Hand, Arm and Shoulder massage. A free consultation will be done to determine what is best for you. I will offer a CBD facial and a non-CBD facial. There is no additional charge for the CBD facial. Must be 21 to receive a CBD facial.
